Bromley Row is designed around long-term ownership. Every piece is made to be worn, cared for and, where needed, restored.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe a well-made leather piece should last a lifetime. Bromley Row's construction methods — Goodyear welted footwear, hand-finished edges, solid brass hardware — are chosen specifically because they can be repaired and restored rather than discarded.
A future Bromley Row Care & Repair service will support eligible pieces across our full range. The service is being developed to ensure that repairs are carried out to the same standard as the original piece.

An initial assessment of your piece to understand its condition and determine the appropriate course of care or repair.

Leather Conditioning & Restoration
Deep conditioning and restoration of dried, faded or lightly damaged leather surfaces to revive suppleness and appearance.

Hardware Repair & Replacement
Repair or replacement of zips, clasps, buckles, D-rings and other hardware components on eligible pieces.

Stitching Repair
Re-stitching of seams, handles, straps and structural elements where thread has worn or broken.

Footwear Repair
Resoling, heel replacement and upper repair for Bromley Row footwear. Goodyear welted construction is designed to be resoled.

Structural repair, handle replacement, lining repair and hardware service for Bromley Row bags.
